History

Foundation
The history of FleQs goes back to the foundation of the Moore Corporation in 1882. Samuel Moore started to produce Notebooks nearby Toronto Canada. Within a few years offices have been established in several European countries under the name Paragon.

Paragon in the Netherlands
In 1912 The Binger Brothers started the production of notebooks under the auspices of Paragon for the Dutch market. Due to large investments after World War Two and the consequential growth there wasn’t enough space in Amsterdam. Therefore an office was opened in Drachten in 1970.

FleQs bv
Up to 2003 FleQs operated under the name Paragon Promotional Products. As from 2003 FleQs continued as an independent company that grew to the successful organisation it is today. By continually adjusting the assortment to the market’s demands, searching for new applications and new markets and a proactive commercial strategy, FleQs has further strengthened its position on European market.

FleQs has got over 30 years of experience with selfadhesive paper products. For us it is always a challenge to bring a promotional message to the attention of the target group in the most creative way.
